1. Overview
This Refund & Cancellation Policy explains how cancellations, refunds, and billing work when you use the Vincony platform. By subscribing to or purchasing credits on Vincony, you agree to the terms outlined below.
2. Subscription Cancellation
You may cancel your subscription at any time through your Dashboard or by contacting support@vincony.com. When you cancel:
- Your subscription will remain active until the end of the current billing period
- You will retain access to all features and remaining credits until that date
- No further charges will be made after cancellation takes effect
- Unused monthly credits expire at the end of the billing cycle and do not roll over (consistent with our Terms of Service, Section 4)
3. Refund Policy
Subscriptions: We do not provide pro-rata refunds for partial billing periods. If you cancel mid-cycle, you continue to have access until the end of the period you have already paid for.
Top-Up Credit Packs: Purchased credit packs are non-refundable once credits have been used. If no credits from a top-up pack have been consumed, you may request a refund within 14 days of purchase.
Annual Plans: If you are on an annual plan, you may request a refund for the unused portion within the first 30 days of your subscription. After 30 days, no refunds are available for annual plans.
4. Free Trial
If your plan includes a free trial period, you will not be charged until the trial ends. You may cancel at any time during the trial without being charged. If you do not cancel before the trial expires, your subscription will automatically begin and you will be billed at the standard rate.
5. Exceptions and Discretionary Refunds
We may, at our sole discretion, issue refunds or credits in the following circumstances:
- Billing errors: Duplicate charges, incorrect amounts, or charges after a valid cancellation
- Service outages: Extended platform unavailability that materially prevented you from using credits you paid for
- Goodwill: Other exceptional circumstances evaluated on a case-by-case basis

6. EU/UK Right of Withdrawal
If you are based in the European Union or United Kingdom, you have a 14-day right of withdrawal from the date of purchase under the Consumer Rights Directive. However, by using the Service and consuming credits, you acknowledge and agree that:
- Digital content delivery begins immediately upon purchase
- You expressly consent to waive your right of withdrawal once credit consumption or service access begins
- If you have not used the Service or consumed any credits within 14 days of purchase, you may exercise your right of withdrawal for a full refund
7. Chargebacks and Disputes
We strongly encourage you to contact us at support@vincony.com before initiating a chargeback with your bank or payment provider. Filing a chargeback without first contacting us may result in:
- Suspension of your Vincony account pending investigation
- Loss of any remaining credits or active subscription benefits
We are committed to resolving billing issues fairly and promptly. Most disputes can be resolved within 2–3 business days.
8. How to Request a Refund
To request a refund, email support@vincony.com with the following information:
- Your account email address
- Date and amount of the charge in question
- Reason for the refund request
We aim to respond to all refund requests within 5 business days. Approved refunds are processed to the original payment method and may take 5–10 business days to appear on your statement.
9. Changes to This Policy
We may update this Refund & Cancellation Policy from time to time. Material changes will be communicated via email or a notice on the platform. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.
